History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
