His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Thomas began to lead the lost caravan. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Justin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
