Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of sickles, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has white hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Guy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Adam speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Gifted from a young age, Adam studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Adam took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
