Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: William was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
