Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Percival was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Seamstress. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
