Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'3". He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and his gloved hand is found clutching a hammer. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student he started as a Armorer, but he got bored and became a Layabout. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Layabout and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gomory embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears professional attire. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Conrad wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: The child of a Cartwright, who enjoyed hunting, Justin was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and doesn't want to be a cook and was forced into it by his family
