Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Balimaar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: Geoffrey is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Geoffrey was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by his family

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his axe. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
