History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Barber, but he got bored and became a Spy. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Peter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
