Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor.
