History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is a Knight first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Knight soon after.

History: Trey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. After a long history of fighting, Trey and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
