History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Beggar and found it very stressful. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Charles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a Herbalist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Anthony was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Adelard will drive conversation. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he would like to get married and retire
