History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He wears a brown broad hat and brown clothes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and doesn't want to be a sculptor and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he desires power and/or immortality

His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and retire the richest man in the south
