Description: This man wears a tan costume with the symbols of death on his torso, and sports empty pouches on his belt. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a grey coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Description: He prefers to wear yellow clothing when he does not wear armor. His tied-back hair is golden. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Richard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Richard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Now he works as a dancing tutor during his time off.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Henry was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shoemaker. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his father before him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
