History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He tends to his Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Rolf liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
