History: Born to a Sailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Shane was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter.
