History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Geoffrey lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Geoffrey was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
