Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theobald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Farmer mother left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
