History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Cory was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his greataxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Gunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Crown-heir and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. He is baby faced.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a long, violet cloak. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and wants to raise his children well
