History: William was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Crown-heir. He has worked as a Crown-heir like his father before him.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nicholas was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Engraver business.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
