History: Roger was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He struck the Jeweler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and balancing his hectic life and new jeweler responsibilities is difficult
