History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He became a Marshal soon after.

His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Bertram is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
