History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Norman was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
