Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Anselm and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Anselm discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Anselm fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: John is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. John liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Diggory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
