History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
