History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: Born to a Sage, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
