Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A true patriot, Theobald would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
