History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Miles was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
