History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This light-skinned male tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has moderate length brown hair. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the east to a Laborer, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
