Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At some point he was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cook. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
