When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.
