History: He was born in the south. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Trey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
