History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
