History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
