Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in the west. Bertram was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Slave Trader. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
