Personality: Thomas is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Thomas abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Bernard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: 5'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Percival fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the north. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of drow
