Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Gerald was born with his father's beautiful face. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
