From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has worked as a Slave Trader like his father before him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a tanner and was forced into it by his family
