Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This light-skinned male wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His silver hair is cut short. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This man typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a Assassin, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to end his boredom

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
