He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Nicholas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
