Description: This northern man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Richard was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Junk Dealer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: A 6'1" northern man, he prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shoemaker business.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his father's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Trey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Trey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
