Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears an entirely black suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Theodoric was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. He wears his blonde hair up. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heward does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Heward liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Heward never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
