Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a lance, but if one is not available he will default to his bastard sword. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and brown handkerchief worn on his left side, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. He has moderate length golden hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mortician who has hired him part-time. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.
History: Arnold was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born in the east to a Sellsword, Trey learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He is baby faced.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
