Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: Shane was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Shane never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
