History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Navigator soon after.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bookbinder; and sabotage a competitor
