He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, William never married again. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
