History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
