History: Peter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Knight for the past few years.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and expand his business

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the west to a Bounty Hunter, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
