He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mason arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
