History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born into a rich family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
