He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
